Organizing one day seminar
At Guru Gobind Singh College, Sanghera, under the guidance of Mr. Bhola Singh Virk, President of the Managing Committee and Dr. Sarabjit Singh Kular, Principal, Department of Punjabi and Department of Religious Studies organized a lecture on the significance of Bhagat Ravidas Ji’s Bani in contemporary context is done. As speakers, Prof. Baljit Singh and Prof. Kuldeep Singh shared their views with the students. He said that Bhagat Ravidas Ji Bani has proved to be instrumental in creating awareness against social discrimination. Creating a good society was his dream. Head of Punjabi Department Dr. Raminderpal Kaur said that Bani of Bhagat Ravidas Ji will always give new direction to the society. Dr. Hardeep Kaur and Prof. Jagjit Singh also shared their views on the occasion.
